 Alisia is a visionary in the beauty industry, known for leading powerhouse beauty teams and creating camera-ready looks that translate seamlessly from runway to editorial. She’s led beauty direction for New York Fashion Week Runway Show and the Harbor East Fashion Show, where she helped bring the creative visions of brands like Lululemon, Anthropologie, J.Crew, Charm City Run, Sassanova, and South Moon Under. At Miami Swim Week, Alisia joined the Axel Vasquez Beauty Team, collaborating with TYMO Beauty on bold, high-glam looks for the swimwear stage. She also trained under her longtime mentor Kia Sterling, as part of Kia Sterling’s Creative Team at Philly Fashion Week—an experience that helped shape her sharp eye, leadership style, and commitment to collaborative artistry. Before stepping fully into the world of editorial, Alisia built a versatile career behind the chair — from corporate salons and boutique-owned spaces to luxury resort spa management. Now retired from salon work, she brings her full focus to editorial styling, creative direction, and mentorship, including her role as Director of Beauty at REVO Magazine and a Professional Beauty Association Beacon Mentor. With a deep understanding of both the business and artistry of beauty, Alisia Amor continues to inspire teams, push creative boundaries, and elevate every set she steps on.
